By The Book

Hello,

This week Mam took me to the library. If you've never been to one you should. It's a money saving no-brainer. They let you have books for nothing! Ace! Why does anyone buy books?

They also have a free crawling-practice mat...bonkers!

It;s been an eventful week. I've added "Aaaaaaaaaa" and "Ted" to my vocabulary (probably a result of the library visit) but "Dad" and "Bob" are the best. (Mam goes without saying).

Auntie Melissa helped me on my walking progress...

And I continue to help myself to refreshments...

After all that I needed a likkle sleep on the way home.

Watch this space...I have a front-facing seat now 'cos I'm a big girl...pics to follow!

Nine Months!

Can you believe it? I'm nine months old today! That's practically a birthday and certainly a clothing milestone. I'll be looking for the big girl stuff in the shops now.

It's been a quiet week because I've not been too well. The big fellas think it's got something to do with my tooth - they associate it with everything. All I know is I didn't feel great but I'm much better now.

To celebrate me making the nine month mark, Dad let me have some of his toast this morning.

Yum.

I had a special bath for the event too!


(I hope no-one from Coventry is reading this because a certain public house may want it's sign back)

Not much else to report - things seem to be progressing with the house sale despite what the big fellas say about solicitors.

Croeso i Gymru

Well I made it back home safe and sound.

I was a bit more wriggly on the plane home than I was on the way over to Spain. There's no entertainment on short haul flights so someone has to make the effort, right?

I'm going to be brief this evening. I'm back on UK time and that jet lag is a killer.

You will have noticed that this is a day late because Dad was too excited about going back to work today that he forgot to help me and I was having trouble with my wireless ADSL router.

Here's a couple of photos taken since I got back.

And playing al dente out the back in my activity centre which gets more interesting by the day.

I've also learned to talk a bit. I tell the big fellas stories that include characters called Dad, Bob, Eddi and Mim. There's not much of a plot, but what a cast!

Hola!

Wotcha blogfans!

This is your Spanish correspondent sending you all the news from Valencia!!!

I'm having a lovely time here. More on that to come but here's another photo of Mam and Dad's wedding. Here you can see them in one of the poses they make you do at these things...

Right...I'm in Spain and having a ball. The weather has been pretty good up until today which is why I'm doing the blog. Trust me if it was sunny, I'd be back in the pool. Here's Dad taking me for my very first swim...

Mam had a swim with us too...


Awesome. It's like having a bath except you can keep your hat on and, even better, you don't have to go to bed right after! In fact, when I got out of the big pool, I had a play in my very own little one!


ACES! I was almost as excited as Dad was when he found out Grandad had a footpump!

Before I stop banging on about the pool, here's a few more photos of me and Mam enjoying some sun...




Yesterday we went to a big lake to see some ducks and geese. They did get a bit closer than this but I think I may have scared them off.


Grandma and Grandad Spain have got me a brilliant walky-thing to get me around the house. Here's me on my way to getting another drink for Dad.

Brilliant! I don't know who is enjoying it the most!

There really is too much going on for me to write about it all. I'm so tired at the end of the day that I sleep for about 12 hours. I think the big fellas must feel the same cos they seem to be sleeping well too. Mind you, for some reason they insist on waiting until after midday before they have their photos taken with me.



Right - I better sign off - I think it's time for another walkabout.

Yay!

Gotta pack for Spain so, again, another quick one.

Mam and Dad got married yesterday and we all had a great time. I'll post some more pics when I get the chance.

Nearly there...

I've gotta be really quick tonight.

There's a a big day tomorrow and the big fellas are running around like runners on National Running Around Day. It's only a wedding guys!
