At last!

I've been asking for a bath all week but Mam and Dad didn't seem to think I needed one. Anyway, I got one this morning and, as you can see, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It may look like Dad was washing me really fast but actually it was pretty slow. It's just that Mam is not very good with the camera and was too busy jumping up and down and telling Dad not to drop me.

I think I look pretty cute. It probably helped having a good sleep last night. I went to bed at the same time as Mam and Dad and only woke up once. Then I slept all the way through to 7.30. It was nice not to be kept awake by the big fellas fussing all night.

Dad's really pleased with me and sang me a song about a chicken that he thinks I like. I don't know what a chicken is but it seems to keep him amused.

Waaaaaa! And I had my lucky clothes on and everything.

Hi

My name is Autumn and I was born a week ago at 8.35am on 22nd September 2007. This is my first post as i have been asleep most of the week but I will try to post more regularly now.

Just for starters, here's some photo's of my first week.

I've not been up to much. I tend to sleep most of the day and my Mam feeds me every 3 hours. At night I wake up a little bit. Mam and Dad think it's because I have wind.

Yesterday we went out to the shops. Mam and Dad had ice cream and I had a sleep.

Last night I slept in bed with Mam and Dad and then got into my own bed in the early hours. Mam changed my nappy in the night and my belly button had fallen off. It looks much better now.

More later but before I go I'd like to say good luck to Man City and The Arsenal today and COME ON WALES!
